Adaptive Computing Employee

"I found the engineering department to be a positive, fast-paced agile environment where innovation is encouraged with a high level of good camaraderie and respect among team members. There is somewhat of a disconnect between engineering and upper management. Career paths are not well defined. Very difficult to move up. You get a feeling of being stuck and never able to move forward in your career."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"keep doing the good stuff, but the code base is very difficult to learn. Been here 2 years and still don't understand the data model. Lots of exceptions in the user interface"
