"You won't stay long, but you'll learn a lot. Be careful of what department you're in because you can be canned for little to no reason."

"Sub market compensation, throwing reps at a market without doing research.... sink or swim. Fire people for little or no cause. High turnover."

"Learn about a market before throwing a rep at it. Support a market with marketing. Communicate with employees before jumping to conclusions."

"Just be honest and straight forward regarding your expectations. You will know if it is the right environment for you."

"Company was overly concerned about IPO and going public. In order to improve financials, must needed resources were eliminated and customer service was sacrificed."

"Company was managed by spreadsheets and the human element was removed in decision making. I would suggest management learn to manage people and not numbers. The numbers will be there if management would concentrate on taking care of employees and providing good service/products at a fair price."
