"While the process is fantastic and is set up for success the leadership is disorganized and disjointed; making it a very untrusting company. They seem to constantly fail to live up to promises and expect each employee to go out of their way to make the owners lives easier. All in all, the people actually doing the work are great and have the homeowner interests at heart but the ownership is lazy and vindictive."
