What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?
"Personally, in the last position held, I really didn't have a director who supported eProcurement. I was really working on my own and tried to do as best I could with all the barriers I confronted. Even so, he was happy with my results."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The problem with this management was that they were so reluctant to release the money needed to really allow for a thorough analysis of the entire process so as to select the right hardware/software for system implementations (eProcurement). This caused some departments to have stand-alone systems that went against the organization's goals for achieving better cost savings."
