"Citibank's commissions were extremely low compared to other industries I've worked in. Senior Management was young and less open to out-of-the-box strategies."

"It was great working with the competent staff there. Their training programs were second to none. I really enjoyed working on a four person national task force in creating Citibank's Business Solutions customer review."

"Just be yourself and let them know what your expectations are."

"Being restricted to their sales techniques and also, their underwriting requirements were unrealistic and lacked common sense."

"Utilize more ideas from your employees working in the field instead of having policies and procedures created by headquarters personnel with no recent field experience."

"I disliked that you constantly have to send in your hours to get paid, and that they don't really tell you why they let you go. I was told that they just did not need me anymore, even though I had done nothing wrong and they gave a good referral for me."
