"To be more open in changes and be broad enough to learn more about the person's capabilities instead of sticking only to the expectations of others."
What don't you like about working at ACM Technologies?
"There is a very limited growth in the company. I want to work with a team who comprised with more ideas to share with and not feel alone in doing all the work and creativity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest that they work hand-in-hand with me as their graphic designer. I suggest that they do not talk about personal issues in the work place. I also suggest that they hire a better Marketing Manager who can manage an entire department and look over the points that needs to be done as priority and not stick on just one work all the time."
