"Aclara has been an excellent company to work for."
"If you like the utility/sensor business - you'll find that this company remains in transition. I would not consider them a supportive culture of individual success. Though exits can be expected - many employees have departed since the Hubbell buyout. Before Covid-19 both companies had not met quarterly numbers. This may change in the next year or so though marketing and organizational support are also in transition. Hubbell is an extremely conservative company and that will never change."
"The collaboration and support from this company at a starting position was great. All employees are willing and able to help with any kinds of concerns to understand implementations and technology."
"Fantastic technology for the gas, water, and electric monitoring for consumption usage."
"PERFECT COMPANY TO GET YOUR FEET WET IN THE ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY."
"There is no room for growth in this company."
". In my underrated period, I've worked my way up at a company called Aclara as an Intern and an automation tester. Along the way, I've learned I work best in collaboration with a team, as opposed to more solitary roles. As an automation tester, I've discovered I enjoy building test script and running them to find out bugs in the application."
"Aclara is a good company to work with. I worked at Aclara for 12 years."
"99% of the people are great but the few who weren't really made life hell."
"Aclara has a lot of benefits if you can stomach working there."
