The company has a lot of unnecessary processes in place that have become a hindrance in us being able to complete our work efficiently. The company keeps acquiring other companies before previously acquired companies are completely merged. Also, instead of promoting from within, executives are brought in from the outside."

"The company I worked for OfficialPayments was bought out by ACI and for 4 months I did not know what I would be doing for them. I asked the VP over AOD (the group I would be working for) and HR several times what my job would be and they did not know. I was listed as TBD (to be determined). Me and the other Desktop guy asked the VP when he came to OP what we would be doing and he brushed off. About 2 week after we were moved to ACI we finally got 10 minutes with a manager. Told there was no work..... then laid off"
