Registered Behavior Technician

"One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for super unprofessional, uncoordinated, poor pay, low hours, just downright insensitive. They need new management super unsatisfied with aces they need to do better."

"If you're looking for a very reinforcing and rewarding place that allows you to grow, check at ACES in Concord. I have been working for ACES for three years and the possibilities there are endless. The supervisor offers a great deal of support and will train you to become a supervisor or leader if you are seeking leadership roles with higher pay. There are also some great perks, I-phones and I-pads. ACES holiday parties are off the hook and you will never go without a birthday card and treat from them. Go ACES!"

"I have been working in ACES for almost 8 months now. It is a great company. I believe they should stick to their promises made to me at the time they hired me. A lot of work pressure, expect us to work on weekends if the hours are not met because of client cancellations."

Behavioral Interventionist

"I've worked for Aces for 2 years now. The turnover is high in the fieldwork of ABA, but with ACES the support from staff and supervisors goes above and beyond, and that's what keeps me going. They genuinely care about their staff, as well as the clients we provide services for. They are invested in what they do, which is contagious and makes you want to push to your potential as well. If you are looking to get started in the ABA field, I couldn't think of a greater company than ACES."

Behavioral Technician

"With two years of work experience with individuals that have special needs, ACES and their approach via ABA therapy truly changed my perspective on how to effectively help these individuals. Applying ABA therapy specifically for individuals with Autism has shown significant impacts on their behaviors and thought processes. ACES does a fantastic job preparing RBTs for this role and provides reliable support whenever needed. I would highly recommend this company."

"Analysis, Computing, and Engineering Solutions has been a great company to work for. I, like most employees, strive for a good work life balance and ACES has offered that to me. The work itself is rewarding and self paced making the mundane work life more enjoyable and my upper management constantly strives to improve employee and management relations. The benefits and pay are very competitive in comparison to industry standards."
