"There isnt anything in particular that I like about the company other than the paycheck I get every 2 weeks."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It's not who you know but who you... Get certifications and really talk yourself up to be a worker bee that never complains. They want robots that just show up, execute and go home with out any desire to become more than what they are."

What don't you like about working at Acentia?

"The company is getting too big for it's own good. The business plan seems to be just by other companies that come with contracts and then loose them..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop moving bad employees from position to position to find a right fit for them. If they're bad just get rid of them because they make everyone around them miserable."

"The team was highly professional, and the PM did a great job organizing and delegating the work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be yourself and be honest. These are good people, with a high level of integrity. If you have the skills they need and are a nice person, they will welcome you readily."

What don't you like about working at Acentia?

"I worked as a contractor, short-term, with no benefits. Was offered full time work, but the salary was $30k lower. Acentia was not the prime, so several subcontractors were cut on completion of the project."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get mote contracts, and call me back! I would love contracting with you, again!"
