"opportunity to work in an ever changing environment, and global recognition"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I do not think they are going through any more interviews currently as the lay offs are still under way. My advice would be to enjoy as much as you can of what makes the America's Cup and amazing event, and that would be the people that make it happen and the sailing that is done."

What don't you like about working at America's Cup?

"The company expected too much from the global sailing community and sponsors and I do not think they planned for the possibility that funding would not be as hard as it has been to find in this tough economy"

"My suggestion would be to keep the goals of the company realistic and attainable."
