Accredo Health Group Employee

"9 months prior to COVID being announced I caught it at this company. It caused me to have intestinal diverticulitis and 2 fistulas, This caused me to defecate from a fistula in my testicles. My doctor needed a CT scan without contrast, and then with contrast to determine the location of the fistulas to do a double fistulotomy. This company REFUSED to pay for it, or any of my medical procedures for 6 MONTHS. For 6 MONTHS I had flu-like symptoms every single day. For 6 MONTHS I had to defecate out of a hole in my testicles. And for 6 STRAIGHT MONTHS this job flatly REFUSED to pay for my CT Scan so I could get surgery. My supervisor then YELLED AT ME for "taking so much time off" when I was HOSPITALIZED. It took my Colo-rectual surgeon, CFO of the hospital, writing a drafted signed-for letter stating he would REFUSE to take this insurance anymore at his hospital if they denied my CT scan a 7th time for endangering a patient's life. (As of 8/15/2023 that hospital has actually stopped taking Cigna insurance[Accredo's parent company] because of a similar incident with another patient, it was in the local news, and Cigna is currently being sued by the State of California for billions of dollars for the same thing) This job will literally try to ***kill*** you so they can save some pennies."

"It Sucks Big TIme"

What do you like about working at Accredo Health Group?

"There is nothing good about this company, Nothing at all"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If they offer you a job, run for the hills as fast as your feet will carry you."

What don't you like about working at Accredo Health Group?

"I work for this company and just so people will know, there is no competence in senior management, they lack any leadership abilities, supervisors are careless, insensitive, and team work is not used at this company. The training department is a complete joke, procedures are always changes and if followed it is still not correct. Working at this company is like walking on sand, always shifting and never steady. The company is a joke, the policies are a joke, and the supervisors are the largest group of knuckle dragging, diaper wearing, self centered mouth breathers I have ever come in contact with. They will tell you they have comprehensive training that is anything but. The managers have no idea what the single trainer is doing or has trained trainees on. You are given an hour of training on a task and pushed out onto your own. CYA is absolutely the necessity with this company. My manager would tell me to do something one day, and then deny she instructed me to do so the next day! Upper management doesn't care what middle management does, as long as the company continues to earn record profits. They treat employees as disposable assets, to be acquired and released as the stock market dictates. If they offer you a job, run for the hills as fast as your feet will carry you."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They all should be fired, and start again, it would be easier they fixing the problems they have now"
