"I love the people we are like a big family. They are very felxible about your schedule and if you need to leave early or come in later there is never an issue."

"Makre sure to be personable and friendly. A great attitude goes a long way here."
What don't you like about working at RSI Home Products?
"Growth is minimal. Employees tend to stay for 20 years or more so this limits your line of progression. Too many leaders and not enough follow through on documented procedures."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create a task force that could meet once a month from each department to communicate any issues and frustrations but also to create suggestions, resoltuions and ideas to better streamline the company processes."
