These individuals do not take in consideration the obstacles AP specialists encounter in order to solve issues. Usually this occurs because some manager or supervisors have never done AP."

"Auto Nations needs to do something drastic at Hollywood Honda."
What do you like about working at AutoNation?
"Every situation is different. I like the fact that salespeople paycheck depended on my job."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be careful on your interview, they will offer everything to get you in. Don't fall for the first one, have other interviews aligned."
What don't you like about working at AutoNation?
"They don't see who does what and who doesn't. But, they do noticed if you are very friendly especially with managers. For example: the Customer Relations Manager does not do anything but flirt, hug managers for no reason, sits on their lap, have love affairs with employees(married man) and on top of this she has the balls to ask other to do her work because she doesn't have the time to do it. It is not fair that she was brought in and fired the previous manager who was very efficient. She needs to go!!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I will say: The General Manager or HR need to have from time to time people to come and check if managers are doing their job."

"don't waste your time unless you like love pay and being over worked"

"low pay, inconsistent review periods, long time between raises and they're tiny"

"get out and talk to the people that put the food on your table."

"The prestige of the company itself, made me so proud."

"Just be prepared before the contract hours gets exhausted, as there is no exemption whether you perform excellently or not."

"The Contractual basis (that I am aware from the beginning) that can't be renewed after 6 months, thereafter."

"I just wish that since our performance is above their expectation, to at least made a way of extending our contract or much better, consider hiring us permanently."

"Working with expense reports in foreign countries and in the U.S."

"I would be prepared for the lack of variety of people. Too many asians working there."

"No room for growth and not enough of a mixture of people in the company."

"To hire more of a variety of people and staff."

"I like accounts payable - weekly checkruns, invoice/PO matching and coding, and ADL Systems."

"Temp work is just that - temp assignments that, depending on the hiring client of Robert Half, will either like you or dislike you."

"I dislike short-term assignments, and that temp workers are not really given the respect they deserve."

"I would not do anything differently. The way things are suits me perfectly."

"They claimed to hire within but when it came time to do it they went external"

"Appreciate the employees you have or risk losing them to attrition"
