"At this point, just don't. LOL! This confrontational and abusive form of managment is never 'fun' to work for and doesn't bode well for the longevity of the company itself. You'll find more stability and better working conditions somewhere else."

"There was a change in management philosophy from a collaborative team effort to a more confrontational and deceptive style of management. I'm all about teamwork so this didn't fly well with me."

"Your employees are not your enemies. If you believe in them (and treat them respectfully), they will share your vision and help you to grow your company."
