"I love working for Tutogen. They had the most proffesional, educated and caring staff I ever met."
What do you like about working at Tutogen Medical?
"Team work was expected and everyone gave 100% all the times. We achieved our goals every month, quarter and yearly. When thing went wrong the 6 of us in the consolidating dept would put our head together with the department manager and find a solution to get back on track and meet the goal. It worked 100% every time."

"Great company to work for. I learned the value of working as a team and how much you can achieve when you work as a team."
What don't you like about working at Tutogen Medical?
"Our new president was from Germany and he loved the state of Florida. He relocated the Accounting Consolidating dept to Gainsville, Florida. My mom was very ill and I couldn't leave New Jersey at that time, therefore I turned down the relocation package offered to me. I did helped in the hiring process and training the new staff in Gainsville. I also did consult visits and made sure the month end closing was done correctly for the next three months after the office relocated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management team was amazing, no changes needed."

"Good work life balance."

"Pay was not close to market."

"be ready to hit the ground running and have lots of meetings."

"The remote locations sometimes makes it difficult to connect to management and other key personnel"

"I loved coming in at 7 and looking up to find it was 630 and time to go home. I loved the challenge of all the positions I filled. No day was the same and everyday had a challenge of some sort."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't do it until you are desperate."
What don't you like about working at Neighbors Moving & Storage?
"Never being appreciated. I worked nearly 12 hours a day M-F then 4 hours on Saturday with out a thank you or bonus. I was hired as the Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk, I not only did that but AR, Admin, Office Manger, as well as misc. other duties and never recieved a raise."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You cannot build up by tearing down. You should not ask someone to do something you wouldnt do."

"I was in charged of accounts receivable, collections and commission release which is a challenging job. Dealing with Past Due accounts customers and withholding the commissions of the sales agent and explaining to them the reason for not releasing thier commission,"
