"Ecomony changed Airco as a whole, nothing was the same after the market crash and construction has been a difficult field every since."

"To be more open and honest with employees of the status of the company."

"Yes. Perseverance and loyalty is very important. You have to show them."

"The company is small. I have little work to do for a long time."

"The working efficiency is good in the company. The only thing is to recruit more young people."
