"Be prepared for a lengthy process, and then to be disappointed if and or when you get the job."

What don't you like about working at Mitel Networks?

"I did not like the way some of the upper management treated their subordinates. I also did not like the manner in which staff is released and made to feel dispensable."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The suggestion I have for management is tighter controls on who hires and fires individual department staff."
