"Great place, with amazing culture, and opportunities. The only downfall is the product is getting a little outdated for the times."

"I've worked at Access since 2005 and have been pleased with my experience here. The work environment is laid back and friendly. Company leaders have a finger on the pulse of company morale, which helps them stay on top of issues when they come up. There has always been an atmosphere of good will and camaraderie."

"Thanks for 11+ years."

What do you like about working at Access Development?

"There is a good reason why I stayed there for almost 12 years. I consider the people at ADC are my close friends."

What don't you like about working at Access Development?

"I think ADC lost focus of its core (i.e. what made it great). It looks like they are making efforts to regain their culture, I just hope it is not too late. I also think moving away from Windows/IIS was a big mistake."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As the company grew from 12 employees to 150 employees, we all took responsibilities beyond our skill level. I think a little reflection on what we did right and what we did wrong (over a 10 year period) will go a long way to avoiding the same mistakes."
