"Don't do it! There are a lot of other places people can find work. In fact, McDonalds would be a better working environment."

"The so-called management, the benefits...etc. The fact that managers are essentially trained to belittle and talk down employees, lack of communication, lack of opportunity...etc."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get some training and have some real world experience before you think you can boss people around."
