"I am able to complete work at my own pace. I can work with a team or on my own."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It is a woman owned company and this would be a good thing to know when interviewing. She is very well education and you are not going to be able to pull the wool over her eyes. Her managers are the same. She has an equal number of male and female Managers."

What don't you like about working at Access Battery?

"I do not like to be micro managed in my daily work. Tell me what needs to be done and when. I usually get it done earlier."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would say the not everyone thinks the same. a manager needs to get to know their Employee to understand how best to direct them to be efficient in their work. People need to be motivated according to their own needs. People are basically selfish."
