During my tenure with Accent I earned the opportunity to pursue several different avenues of professional growth, so long as it held an immediate benefit for the company and cost them absolutely no investment.I largely found Accent to be a company which held little value for their staff and only viewed their staff as Human Capital. This became particularly evident in my site as the Director cooked the books and cheated employees."

"IPG system is way to restrictive when coming with creative solutions to pitch clients"

"Get more interns, buy a giant coffee machine for the looby area :)"

"Do not expect this job to last more than 2-4 years. If your health and stress level can take it, then they will release you for stats. It is a bridge that leads nowhere."

What don't you like about working at Accentmarketing?

"If they like how well you do your current job, you will never be allow you to promote. They are too hung up on college degrees and are more inclined to promote those that are book smart and life stupid."

"Think outside the box more, you have already tried what did not work. Let's not keep making the same mistakes."

"Call Center Managers came and went like a revolving door. Many were removed because of misappropriating funds. Turnover rate was not reported honestly to corporate."

"Do a better screening process of Call Center Managers so they are long lived and steer the center accordingly."
