"I enjoyed working with the Risk Management Program we had for our larger customers. I managed 19 of these accounts (premium $100K). Enjoyed meeting directly with the insured and our customer agent."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I do not. The company has an excellent training program in place and mentoring is improving."

What don't you like about working at Acadia Insurance?

"Paralysis of the Analysis. Too many reports putting out information that doesn't mean anything"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the line folks and get their feedback. Get realistic about what reports are needed and what reports are just redundant."
