"I liked my co-workers however the director is not suited for the position."

"Be very clear about what you are getting yourself into. Document everything you do to protect yourself."
What don't you like about working at Golf Academy of America?
"Upper management is duplicitous and manipulative creating an atmosphere of distrust. Daily threats of termination are not conducive to good productivity."

"Qualified management personnel with effective leadership to engender a conducive work environment."

"It is an educational facility and I love the environment and it's challenges, regardless I like students and co-workers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"There is no 401k, no pay raises for one year. Although, paying top money is against their culture, ask for more and since they are in need, they will pay top salaries."
What don't you like about working at Fortis College?
"Campus President would show-up for work maximum 3 days a week, I visited with his boss(regional VP)two times in 16 months, so no campus visits. Good and honest work was not rewarded."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Change lazy managers and reward honest, professional, and hard working EDUCATORS."

"Changed alot since I was there - not sure what tips would be relevant."

"pay was low, could have been more progressive in training and mentoring staff"

"Hire professional agencies and consultants to give them professional input and training to stay competitive"

"I can think of nothing, I was over-stressed, underpaid and felt like my head was on the chopping block all of the time."
What don't you like about working at Everest College?
"The campus leadership is terrible, they may know how to make money but don't think about longevity of their employees, which leads to poor student retention."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"First and foremost put the students' future first. Don't think about how you can make money but how it will affect the student."
