"many coworkers complain about not being communicated to or enough or appreciated enough, some people are close to quitting or resigning to another job, many drama goes on and causes stress on the rest of the workers"

"manage the management or communication better with each other. be sure to include everyone as a team no matter what the differences are."

"coworkers are very respectful and cooperative when it comes to working around my hearing loss."

"have the skills and background with any crafts familiar with and be sure to prove you are willing to be a hard worker and be sure that hiring you would benefit the company."

"needs better way of contacting or getting in reach of a manager easily when needed and when can't use the intercom since can't hear well"

"I wouldn't really change anything about the company. probably maybe help find ways to make communications more friendly for everyone"

"The experience of being a merchant's merchant. Having hands on involvement with in-stock position, order fill rates and statistical analysis."

"This is definately a place to grow as a manager. It is intense and at the very least will give you a clear understanding of your own managerial style and ethics"

"Thankless job. Very labor intensive with unreasonable standards (IE: Memorization of sku's by micro-season!)"

"Work on your legacy. Turnover is every employers opportunity. A true test of managerial skill is what you can do with the people you have."

"make sure the hours are explained that its just not while preparing the store to open, this wasa permanent schedule"

"the hours were awful...three open to close shifts per week and two ten hour days..."
