"I have worked for ABCO for nearly 10 years and it is the best company I have worked for. We are a custom-automation provider, so business varies. The employees make the company. Management is attuned to its employees and works together on solutions. ABCO is an ESOP company, so everyone has reason to make it a great place to work. Business is down in 2019 and start of 2020, requiring a series of layoffs in multiple departments - the only reason I am considering leaving the company."
