"I don't like that this position was only part-time, I would have much preferred a full-time position."

"My only suggestion is do not spend billions of dollars buying LucasFilm. Down the line, that hurts departments who are already short-staffed."

"Be honest about what you want, don't try to impress them as a yes man, tell them they might need to make changes based on your advice."

"Priorities shift frequently, but not with the knowledge consent of the entire management and executive team so this creates discord and confusion at times."

"The CEO is perfect and so are the executives, but we need better middle management for improved scheduling & clearer plans so people aren't running around like crazy."

"the building was difficult to commute to and didnt have very many good places for lunch nearby."

"Listen to the employees more. The upper management didn't have much face time."

"There really isn't anything too bad. Overall things are great. Better than most."

"Spend more time looking at every employee to see if they are a fit. Working with mgmt to ensure they stay focused on the vision."

"I liked the flexibility and being out in the field, dealing with people daily, and being able to be a self-starter in most of the work I performed."

"The writing samples you bring should mold with the station. You should have the same philosophy as the director you work for."

"I didn't like the philosophy of the news station. Sometimes we had to add drama to our language in order to make our story beat the competition"

"Give writers the freedom to use their colorful language in order to tell the story."

"The commute is the only complaint I have. The decision to move to Louisville was a family one as we welcomed a new addition to our family."
