"I worked for Abbott Diabetes Care R&D for 9 years. My co-workers and supervisor were easy to get along with and, for the most part, very capable. The parent company pays a very generous bonus, although the amount does depend on business conditions. It does seem, however, difficult to get promoted."

"I have worked for Abbott Laboratories for over 10 years. Within this time, I have occupied positions from the non-managerial level to managerial level. Abbott Laboratories is a great company to work for, good pay, and excellent benefits. The only observation is the inability to continually grow within the company."
