"I've worked for ABB CS since mid-2010. The factory has undergone reorganization of a floor plan. New production lines were installed. Unfortunately, this division is suffering from lack of orders, caused by poor customer support, and extended lead times for older products.Another problem as I am seeing is that Research and Development is located in Bethlehem, PA, and is run as a separate division, with very little, or no support for manufacturing of current products."
