"Talking to a lot different people. It really is a team effort when it comes to running the business"

"This is a good company to work for. The problem is that the perks and pay is all at the GM position."

What don't you like about working at Aaron's?

"I have many superiors. When something is done wrong, they all come tell me. I am micromanaged by the GM. Company culture does not allow me to take vacation or sick days when I want or need them."

"Nothing at all. They have a great business model. The problem is the people they put in chardge"

"If you want a job with a lot of negativity and employee turnover, then this is the place for you."

"The pay rate is terrible for all the responsibilities that I had. They expect you to be happy by making you work 10 hours overtime each week and to achieve unrealistic bonuses."

"The waay things are handled from th upper management down, No praise for job well done. Only feed back we get is neg and what is wrong. Management will say one thing but mean something else."
