"Train at the beginning so you do noth ave to counsel later, and communication is key."

"Be ready to work long hours and stressful times. Lots of money to be made if you can cut it."

"Nothing really I did it so long I overcame any dislikes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I like to sit down with my people and train them one on one and see what's really going on in my stores. If this happened in all the districts the company would be better than it is."

"Do your research talk to some fo the franchise employees verses the company owned employees and you will see the differences."
What don't you like about working at Aaron's?
"It is a very micro managed company from the reginals to the district managers on down to the store management level."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"take the shakles off the store managers and let them manage. Not to mention one rule should hold true for all managers not just the ones who are not in good with the district managers and regionals."
