"Kaizan meetings every week lessened productivity. Deliveries don't wait for meetings. Micromanaging bosses. Peer level employees exaggerating facts to make them look better."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Employ people you trust, then trust them to do the job you are paying them to do. Do away with the kaizan and just address problems or potential problems as needed."

"Near the end of my employment new management came in and if you were not part of the right click all the positives of working at AAF became negitives."

"Insourcing not outsourcing is where its at. Make the products you sell. How can you be the best at what you do when you let someone else do everything for you."
