"learn to stand up for yourself at the beginning, they will take advantage of you if you let them"
What don't you like about working at AAF International?
"Kaizan meetings every week lessened productivity. Deliveries don't wait for meetings. Micromanaging bosses. Peer level employees exaggerating facts to make them look better."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Employ people you trust, then trust them to do the job you are paying them to do. Do away with the kaizan and just address problems or potential problems as needed."
"Has been ten years ago not relavent to how they are today. I hope they have changed."

"It was in the 90's The structure of the comapnay when I started and the poeple. I had a lot of freedom to learn grow and be successfull."

"no It has been to long ago to be relevent to how they are now."
What don't you like about working at AAF International?
"Near the end of my employment new management came in and if you were not part of the right click all the positives of working at AAF became negitives."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Insourcing not outsourcing is where its at. Make the products you sell. How can you be the best at what you do when you let someone else do everything for you."

"Goals are often dictated by past month's performance. Regularly changes direction and loses sight of long term objectives."

"Stick to the annual plan and make it achievable. If performance is lacking, make minor adjustments versus recreating the plan."
