What do you like about working at A Premier Automotive Services?

"I have a wonderful boss and good coworkers. I have plenty of flexibility in my job. Our customers are a pleasure to serve as well as the parts stores we do business with."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be organized, be content with your position, own your own tools, and be mindful of the customers."

What don't you like about working at A Premier Automotive Services?

"3 years ago we were forced into a smaller location. Since that happene or customer base has plateaued. I've presented ideas to boost income but I believe my boss has no drive to do so. No pay raises have been passed out in 3 years even though our service rates have increased. My daily schedule is long and I have a 30 min plus drive to and from work sometimes longer if traffic is bad. I have very little time to enjoy my family during the week. All of this is made worse by seeing my boss buy all the new phones, iPads clothes, take vacations, build a pool, and buy vehicles without flinching while I work paycheck to paycheck. I could go on."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There needs to be more effort in bringing in new customers, face to face time with large accounts, regular pay raises to go along with service rate increases, and a new location and facility."
