"I worked for 3M for 2 years and hired and built an amazing engineering team that would work cross functionality with others teams on site. I spent large amount of my time developing the team to and challenging them to improve personally and professionally. I had a great working relationship with everyone except my boss as I believe he was threatened by the attention I was getting from 3M corporate VP’s as I lead an extensive successful launch of Visuant daily management software for our division. That is when he began to undermine me and try to turn everyone against me! I was only doing what was best for the great 3M! My team still calls to check on me every week to share their there appreciation for the leadership I gave them!"
