"It's a mixed review. When Kevin Rabbit was CEO it was a good place to work. I felt my work was appreciated and enjoyed the collaborative atmosphere. The company had gone through bankruptcy and Kevin put it back on track. He had a very positive energy and vision for the company,Then the former CFO took his place. He's a numbers guy. The only vision he has is focused on the bottom line. He's also petty and holds grudges. And he's really okay with dismissing the entire marketing department."

"Be wary of this company as a Design Consultant unless you desire a position in high pressure sales! They'll be the first to tell you that if you don't get the check on the first appointment you're probably not going to get it! I was told the competition beats us every time. Their 100% commission based pay is based on this model, with bonuses for getting the check and the 3 day delivery on the first visit! Be sure to check out the competition before working here since their prices at 3 DB are higher than the competition."

"The company expects people to work very hard with little recognition. You must be very close or try hard to be liked by the executives or you will never move from your current position. I do not recommend working for 3 Day Blinds All the financial analysis is done by Excel only. There are no tools."

"This is the worst company I have worked for. They made false promises, dont believe them! Your expenses are not paid, they only care about their corporate profits, sales are down, product overpriced, bad working conditions, commission only but no sales cause there is no appointments, require you to work all the time, every day of the week, poor training, poor management and they mislead people, so much more. Its was a terrible experience & there isnt enough space here to describe everything."

"I have sold window treatments for over 20 yrs. and enjoyed it very much. I joined 3 Day Blinds because of their large $ stated for earning. I found it hard to sell their products, made in Mexico, are sub standard, and are overpriced for the industry. District Manager was hard to communicate with and very unprofessional."
