Laid off more than 750 employees at the original home office location of 21st Century Insurance Company. It was made apparent to employees at this location that we were not going to be kept."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The management team is located in Delaware. They will first re hire any let go AIG employees before considering hiring 21st recently laid off in 2009."

What don't you like about working at 21st Century Insurance?

"The AIG management team did not want the 21st team. It was a duplicate of services."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better evaluation of performance through oral interviews at least once per year of senior level managers."
