"Based on new management team from the AIG family who acquired 21st one year ago before selling it to Farmers and still remaining the management team. Laid off more than 750 employees at the original home office location of 21st Century Insurance Company. It was made apparent to employees at this location that we were not going to be kept."

"The management team is located in Delaware. They will first re hire any let go AIG employees before considering hiring 21st recently laid off in 2009."

"The AIG management team did not want the 21st team. It was a duplicate of services."

"Better evaluation of performance through oral interviews at least once per year of senior level managers."

"The uncertainty of is there a follow up contract or am I going to be job hunting, most contracts are 1 year in length."

"The senior management fixated on company vehicle usage and harrassed employees. Company frequently violated ADA and only threatened lawsuit lead to accomodation."
