National Operations Manager

"Great professional experience because your teaching your boss verses learning from your boss due to their lack of experience."

What do you like about working at 20/20 Companies?

"The professional experiences."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Fully understand the position and get a clear job description / expectation of what your desired to do. I worked on the operations side of the company. The little 'rewards' and trips are not as great as they seem to be when your 'required' to work 60-80 hours a week...every week. If yor single, this company is for you, if your not, I'd recommend you look else where."

What don't you like about working at 20/20 Companies?

"The lack of work or follow through from other departments that I was responsible for but could not tell what to do etc. I also disliked the lack of competency of my superior and found he was only in the position because he was friends with one of the owners... and he had NO experience beyond that."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Seeking qualified candidates. Do not always hire family because they are family and do not hire friends because they are friends. IF you do, hire them for a position best suited for them... and not 2-4 levels above their professional experience."
