"This is an I.T. sweatshop. It's more of a call center then a support desk. Morale is in the toilet, and they have lost a lot of good talent because of how it's run. There are reviews up on another site, unfortunately management padding has been added. The Blacksburg VP. Resigned because of how they treat people. It's an ITIL shop, but they totally ignore the planning/training phase. Like the game wack-a-mole? This is the place for you. There Are a lot of rumors at 1901 right now and a huge game of musical management.
