"I started 123 Tutoring September of 2019. I was not finding job opportunities so I created a platform for tutors to find students who are interested in getting tutored. After repeatedly negotiating deals between tutors and students, I realized I had a passion for negotiating and closing offers and I decided to pursue recruiting.
