101 Steak Employee

"I worked at 101 steak for about six months and it was an overall positive experience. For someone with no fine dining knowledge, the environment was perfect for learning the ropes. The staff works together very well, and management is supportive. The environment is a little stuffy, but the compensation provides enough incentive to have a satisfying experience."
