"In the couple months that I've worked for this company, I'd had experienced its many ups and downs. The company itself was simply your basic mom and pop driving school and had little to no proper management or organization. I had been brought in as an instructor, and within the first 2 months, I had grown tired of their negligence. Because of that, I set up a proper corporate structure and helped them improve their sales by over tenfold. As of this day, they are quite a decent company, as the corporate structure had dealt with a couple of the major problems such as non standardized products, and untrained workers."
