"They were hiring when no one else was; a lifeboat job here in the Pittsburgh area - that at one time was giving folks a chance at dialing for dollars."

"Run. On the other hand, they haven't hired anyone to replace losses or grow the company in over a year."
What don't you like about working at Zenith?
"Poor pay, poor benefits, a 401K was just introduced - what company doesn't offer a 401K these days Cheap, cheap, cheap - horrible work facilities because it was cheap. We had to sign for any little office supply item out of the supply team as they are so cheap and were afraid we'd take a pen home.Bootlegged software everywhere.Typical mdern employer - understaffed and underpay the staff - - because they can get away with it in the current economy.USA-based management were bunch of syncophants looking out for their own jobs rather than trying to encourage Indian management to spend on improving product delivery and our customer relations. When they started the lay-offs - we could not even GIVE away our products as we have such a foul reputation in the industry for problems, quality, accounting issues, poor support, etc."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"PLEASE stay at Zenith Infotech so that I could never possibly bump into any of you again in the future."
