"Ask if you go from base plus commissions to just straight commissions after three months."

What don't you like about working at ZEE Medical?

"I would sale a big order of gloves, hats, sanitizer and over half of my orders were on back order for over 8 weeks. Most of those customers, could not wait that long and ordered else where, meanwhile when these orders finally came in they would charge my van for the product even if my customer did not want them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be upfront and honest during application process about the real commission structure, nobody likes to be tricked."
