4.3I have worked for Zachry Industrial since leaving my previous employer in December of 2009. The company was extremely family oriented and focused on supervision building great working relationships with the client. I feel like the experience and the reviews I have received from my supervision will better my career and carry me on to something great in life.
4I worked for Zachry for over two years in Talent Acquisition. During my time with Zachry, I gained experience in many different aspects of talent acquisition such as sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations. Zachry believes in empowering people and it is a great place for innovation. It is very fast-paced but everyone is willing to assist and provide feedback. The only part of my job I did not enjoy was the work/life balance. You are required to work 50 hours a week minimum and it can be difficult to request time off.
