Yahoo provided opportunities to learn and move up within the company quickly. In under 2 years I was promoted twice (to leadership positions). I was also able to help promote change and lead in a cross-functional leadership role.
What don't you like about working at Yahoo!?
One of the difficult situations at Yahoo was the lack of innovation at the upper management level and the multiple re-organizations.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Innovate! And think outside the box. Yahoo needs to be a leader, and not following trends set by other companies.
