1 Yahoo! Brand Account Manager Review

My job is interesting and challenging. I work with a great group of peers. Yahoo provides excellent benefits (medical, vacation time etc.) Our offices are in a nice area and easily reachable by transit. The hours are in line with the position. Not too many late nights or weekends.

My manager is not a manager. They do not provide feedback or mentoring. The feedback given is always negative and demeaning. VERY passive aggressive! Top management does not share their goals/vision for the company. There doesn't seem to be no leadership.

More communication with the employees. Sharing of goals/vision. Address staffing issues - constant stream of resignations. It's not that we are so talented that people poach our employees - it's your employees are unhappy.

Be very clear in the role you are interviewing for. Not uncommon to hire for one position and change your role once hired.
