"There is so much favoritism at this job the supervisors have family who work there they get all the hours, which helps them move up in ranking and pay,so even of you miss no work have open availability you still get ***shit*** on. Here's one even better people who don't show on scheduled days or walk out at break are still getting more hours or job that have aph so you they can move up. If you have an issue you can't go to anyone cause everyone is related. Supervisors and the district manager do not reply or return calls. I love the job but the clowns they have in charge need to be looked into by headquarters, when they train you they don't walk you threw step to step, tour left to figure out their ***shitty*** equipment on your own there us no feed back on how you can improve its a full on joke and valentine sketchy company to much sneaky stuff husband and wife working together wife is already at the highest pay but only Been there 2 months. This is unfair managing here and needs to be looked onto"

"A disgrace to good employees who want to work but can't find work. Was hired to work for company as a merchandiser, at first was getting solid work weekly. I was doing resets for RJR company, lost contract and then never came through with solid work after that, at one point went twenty weeks only making 53 bucks. You voice your concern to management, they basically blow smoke up your behind with promises of decent hours, etc., and then bump you off, forcing you to draw unemployment. What a train wreck management is, very rude, unprofessional, and flying by seat of pants in company is the norm. They are very slow in paying you back your expenses. Suing them along with many former employees for fraudulent inducement."

"WIS International contains a management structure that is fundamentally flawed containing inept Supervisors, Branch Managers that couldn't cut it with companies Like Mosaic Sales Solutions and Crossmark. The amount of hours and pay you receive will be relevant on how far you are willing to demoralize yourself with brown nosing and how much petty bickering you are able to overlook. From day one you will see employees quit at an alarming rate and if this doesn't seem troublesome, you can and will go weeks or even months without any work at all and most promises or agreements made upon hire are seldom seen to fruition. I highly recommend looking for work with Crossmark, Mosaic, Apollo or Advent before coming here."
