"I like to offer my creative ablities to a client and be able to translate their ideas into a tangible product. I like the laid back environment and who the other designers are respectful towards each other and the clients."

"It is good to have previous experience in graphic design programs and to have a strong portfolio."
What don't you like about working at Wingate By Wyndham?
"I don't like the organization of the company at times. Since it is a University setting there are so many events that need designs created. There may be confusion between student designers of who is doing what project."

"The management is good at making sure everyone is on the same page and that projects are being completed."
