Very top heavy with no room for growth. Only Engineers were looked at for any position first.

What suggestions do you have for management?

Too many chiefs and not enough indians is not how to run a company.

Heavily engineered based with limited growth and cross training.

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

Make sure you have an engineering degree first and try to find out how the hiring Manager is to get around HR.
